SZOFIX TERMS — PILOT FOR CUSTOMERS AND PROVIDERS Version: 13 October 2026 — Szofix name. Changing the name from Szofi to Szofix does not change the Operator or payment arrangements. English translation of the Polish version dated 13 October 2026. USING THE SERVICE — ONLINE PAYMENTS DISABLED § 1. Operator and contact 1. Szofix, available at https://szofix.com, is operated by BemiTrade Michał Kowalski, with its registered address at ul. Chrobrego 145/147, 87-100 Toruń, Poland, tax ID (NIP) 9562092377, referred to below as the Operator. 2. Contact: kontakt@szofi.pl (incoming email configuration still needs confirmation; for urgent matters use the phone or postal address), telephone +48 798 098 542, postal address ul. Chrobrego 145/147, 87-100 Toruń, Poland. 3. These terms cover the website and its version installed on a phone. A “Customer” orders a service, a “Provider” offers to perform it, and “User” means either of these persons. 4. This version is dated 13 October 2026 and applies to newly concluded contracts. The terms are made available before a contract is concluded in a format that can be saved and reproduced. § 2. The role of Szofix 1. Szofix enables users to find available providers, send requests, agree prices, follow shared locations, confirm completion and leave reviews. 2. The contract for the requested service is between the Customer and the identified Provider. The Operator supplies online tools and is responsible for its own actions and legal obligations. 3. A person appearing on the map indicates their declared availability and a current location signal. It does not guarantee acceptance of a job, qualifications, insurance or quality of work. 4. Before the contract is concluded, the Provider discloses their identity, contact details and business status. Businesses and adult private individuals are eligible provided they may lawfully offer the service. This status is declared by the Provider; registration is not official verification. 5. Where the contract is with a person who is not acting as a business, the specific consumer protection applicable to consumer–business contracts generally does not apply; other statutory rights remain. The Provider's status must be shown with the offer before an order is placed. 6. Szofix is not an emergency service. In a life-threatening or health emergency, use the appropriate emergency number. § 3. Accounts and technical requirements 1. Use requires a device with a current browser, internet access and JavaScript enabled. Sharing location, camera access or files requires the appropriate permission from the device user. 2. Providers supply accurate account details, choose their services and set prices. Passwords and private access codes must be protected and not shared with unauthorised persons. 3. A person ordering or independently providing services must be an adult with capacity to enter into the relevant contract. An entity must be represented by an authorised person. 4. Registration does not automatically enable availability or location sharing. Providers start and stop sharing their availability themselves. 5. The account agreement is concluded once the terms have been provided and accepted and the account has been successfully created. Services that do not require an account are provided for the duration of use of the relevant feature. 6. Users may stop browsing at any time. Account deletion can be requested through the Operator's contact channels in § 1. This does not remove existing claims or data that must be retained by law. 7. Interfering with security, taking over accounts, automatically collecting location data and uploading malicious files are prohibited. § 4. Requests and agreement on an order 1. Customers choose a category, provider and service location, describe the work and may specify hours, quantities, area, a photo or PDF instructions within the available limits. 2. For store pickup, Customers provide the store name and address, a separate delivery address and necessary collection instructions. They should ensure the order is ready and that collection is authorised. 3. Sending a request starts the process of agreeing terms. It does not yet confirm that the service will be performed. The Provider may decline or submit a quote. No response within two minutes causes the request to expire in the system. 4. The quote specifies the scope, service price, travel cost, any goods and materials and, where agreed, working time. All amounts presented to consumers must be total gross amounts including taxes and compulsory charges. 5. Customers may reject the proposal. A paid service contract is concluded after informed acceptance of the specific quote and obligation to pay, subject to statutory requirements for electronic orders. 6. The “Save order details to your device” button downloads the agreed details and terms. A business Provider must supply the legally required confirmation on a durable medium before starting the service. Automatic email delivery is not yet active; a changing app screen alone does not replace the required confirmation. 7. Providers should not begin travelling before the price is agreed, unless the parties have expressly agreed a different paid activity, such as a diagnostic visit alone. § 5. Prices, time and additional charges 1. Providers set rates separately for their services. Pricing may be per hour, person, area or entire service. Individual quotes must be agreed before work begins. 2. For hourly pricing, the estimated service price is the hourly rate multiplied by the approved number of hours. Travel and materials are shown separately. The accepted quote should specify how unused or additional time will be charged. Charging for every started hour must not be assumed without agreement. 3. A distance-based travel charge must specify the agreed route and rate. For a journey via a store, the Provider agrees the cost of the entire required route. A map estimate is not a guaranteed price or arrival time. 4. The timer starts when the Provider presses the start button and stops when the service ends. It documents work, does not independently prove proper performance and does not automatically increase the price. 5. Additional work, travel or materials require disclosure of the amount and reason and the Customer's express approval before the additional cost is incurred. Silence is not acceptance of an additional charge. 6. During the pilot, the Operator does not collect payments through the website. Customers agree the payment method and timing directly with the Provider before entering the contract. Confirming completion in the app does not automatically mean payment has been made. 7. The planned 5% commission is not collected automatically and does not become payable merely because its calculation appears in a dashboard. Charging fees requires valid introduction of pricing and settlement terms for the future. § 6. Provider and Customer obligations 1. Providers offer only work they can perform lawfully and safely. They are responsible for required qualifications, permits, approvals, compulsory insurance, their own tax obligations and sales documentation. 2. Regulated activities, work with children, installations and other activities requiring particular authorisations must meet the applicable requirements. A category appearing on the website is not a substitute for verifying these requirements. 3. Providers present accurate offers, protect entrusted property, report delays and do not accept work they cannot carry out. Changing the Provider requires informing the Customer and obtaining the appropriate agreement. 4. Customers provide an accurate address and scope, arrange agreed access and disclose material conditions and hazards. They need not provide information unrelated to the service. 5. For shopping, the parties must agree the list, budget, substitutes, purchase funding, proof of purchase and return of any unused funds. Agreement to a delivery cost does not authorise unrestricted purchases. 6. For furniture assembly, Customers may share instructions if entitled to do so. Providers use them only for the job. Payment data, passwords and unnecessary third-party personal data must not be uploaded. § 7. Completion, cancellation and complaints 1. On finishing, the Provider reports completion and the Customer confirms it or describes a problem. Confirmation does not exclude liability for defects or subsequent statutory claims. 2. A request can be withdrawn free of charge before a contract is concluded. After conclusion, the consequences of cancellation follow the lawfully agreed terms and applicable law. The platform does not impose an automatic cancellation penalty. 3. Before travel begins, the parties should agree any charge for the agreed journey if the Provider is denied access. It must be clearly accepted, proportionate and lawful. 4. Complaints about Szofix should be sent to the Operator; complaints about performance of a service should be sent to the Provider. The Operator may help forward a complaint but does not replace the Provider's obligations. 5. A complaint should describe the problem, identify the order, state the requested remedy and provide a contact method. Evidence is helpful, but the absence of a photo does not remove the right to complain. 6. The Operator responds to consumer complaints about its own services within 14 days of receipt unless applicable law provides a different deadline. The response is provided on paper or another durable medium. 7. Parties may seek help from a consumer ombudsman, the Polish Trade Inspection or an appropriate alternative dispute resolution body under the relevant procedure. This does not restrict access to the courts. § 8. Consumer withdrawal and immediate services 1. For distance service contracts with a business that are covered by this right, consumers generally have 14 days from conclusion to withdraw without giving a reason. Failure to provide required information may extend the period. 2. To start a paid service before the deadline, the Provider obtains the Customer's express request and supplies the required information and confirmations on a durable medium. Consent cannot be inferred merely from visiting the website. 3. If a consumer withdraws after properly requesting an early start, they may have to pay a proportionate amount for the work performed if the statutory conditions are met. Starting the timer alone is insufficient. 4. Loss of the right to withdraw after full performance of a paid service requires all statutory conditions to be met, including prior express consent, appropriate information and acknowledgement. Ordering an immediate service alone does not remove this right. 5. Specific exceptions, such as certain urgent repairs, are assessed according to the service actually requested and the law. They do not automatically extend to additional work or goods. Some categories are subject to separate rules. 6. A clear withdrawal statement can be sent to the Provider, for example: “I withdraw from the contract concluded on … for … . Full name …, address …, date …”. Use of this example is optional. § 9. Reviews, content and visibility 1. A rating from 1 to 5 stars and an optional comment of up to 500 characters may be added after completion is confirmed. Each order permits one review. 2. The system checks that a review is linked to a completed, confirmed order ID. This is not independent verification of the author's identity, the actual course of the service or the truth of each statement. 3. The rating is the arithmetic mean of the Provider's published ratings, rounded to one decimal place. The number of ratings is displayed; the comment list may show the latest 20 entries. 4. Fake reviews, threats, unlawful content, spam and other people's private data are prohibited. A lawful critical review is not grounds for removal merely because it is unfavourable. 5. Unlawful content can be reported to the Operator with its location, the reason and contact details. The Operator reviews reports diligently, takes proportionate action and communicates the decision and available ways to challenge it in accordance with applicable law. 6. The map shows providers who are available and have a recent location, filtered by category. After an address is selected, the list is ordered by approximate straight-line distance. It is not a quality ranking or a guarantee of the shortest arrival time. Paid ranking boosts are not currently used. § 10. Location, files and data 1. Providers decide when to enable availability and location sharing. When disabled or when the signal becomes outdated, the position stops being shown according to the system's operation. Location may be inaccurate. 2. Sound notifications must be enabled. The browser or phone may restrict background operation. The platform does not guarantee alerts when the app is closed or the screen is locked. 3. A separate, complete privacy notice describes processing, legal bases, recipients, retention and individual rights. Acceptance of these terms does not replace consent required for another purpose. 4. Customers share order data with the selected Provider and Operator as necessary. Providers may not use addresses, photos, instructions or phone numbers for marketing without an appropriate legal basis. 5. The Operator provides a private dashboard for order and work-time monitoring. People whose work is monitored must first be informed of the purpose, scope, access and retention period. Work-time history is retained for 365 days and availability history for 30 days. This is not continuous GPS route recording. § 11. Liability, account restrictions and changes 1. Each party is responsible for its own obligations under applicable law. These terms do not exclude the Operator's or Provider's statutory liability, in particular for intentional harm or towards consumers where exclusion is unlawful. 2. The Operator may restrict specific content or features due to illegality, security concerns, account abuse or a serious breach of these terms. The measure should be proportionate to the breach. Users receive reasons and an opportunity to respond, subject to statutory exceptions. 3. For business Providers covered by Regulation 2019/1150, the applicable requirements for reasons and notice periods apply. Termination of all intermediation services generally requires at least 30 days' prior notice; exceptions may follow from that Regulation. 4. Changes to these terms may arise from law, security or justified changes to features or service arrangements. They do not retroactively alter agreed prices or completed orders. 5. The Operator communicates changes, their reasons and effective date on a durable medium. For business Providers covered by Regulation 2019/1150, it allows at least 15 days and, where necessary, longer to adapt, unless a statutory exception applies. 6. Consumers retain statutory termination rights and protection against unlawful changes. There is no requirement to bring all disputes before the court at the Operator's registered office. 7. Applicable law governs matters not covered here. Choosing Polish law does not deprive consumers of protection under mandatory provisions that would apply without that choice. INFORMATION ABOUT PLANNED PAYMENTS Online payments and payouts are not active. The planned Szofix share is 5% of the service price alone, excluding travel and separately listed materials or purchases. Separate terms, including payment operator fees and tax settlement arrangements, will be presented before activation. This information does not impose a fee or authorise collection of money.
